We focus on bringing you unique, artisan pizza, something you won't find just anywhere. Our menu is heavily seasonal, with produce purchased at our own farmers markets, and we strive to to source ingredients locally whenever possible.
From pizza dough to focaccia and pasta, sauces to sausage, we try to make as much as we can right here, in house. We even cure and smoke our own bacon - Nitrate/Nitrite free!
In addition to pizza, we have salads, pastas, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. Since so much of our menu is dependent on local resources, give us a call or stop by to see what we're cooking up today!
